The Rolex Sea-Dweller 126600 is the epitome of a professional instrument watch, designed for the most demanding underwater conditions. Launched to mark the 50th anniversary of the Sea-Dweller line, this impressive model combines robust construction with modern technology.
The Oystersteel case has a diameter of 43 mm and is equipped with a helium valve that ensures resistance during professional saturation dives. The unidirectional rotating bezel with a black Cerachrom ceramic insert and luminescent dot allows for precise measurement of dive time. The black dial is adorned with the red inscription “Sea-Dweller” – a detail reminiscent of the original models from the 1960s.
Inside, it is powered by the modern Rolex 3235 caliber, an in-house automatic movement with a power reserve of up to 70 hours, Chronergy escapement, and Superlative Chronometer certification (−2/+2 seconds per day). The sapphire crystal is equipped with a Cyclops magnifying lens above the date window – a first for the Sea-Dweller series.
The model is mounted on a solid Oyster bracelet with an Oysterlock safety clasp, Glidelock extension system, and Fliplock diving extension, which guarantees a perfect fit even over neoprene.
